1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of digital products (WordPress extensions) made by:

Any order placed on the maximepotier.fr website implies the customer’s unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products sold on this site are WordPress extensions (plugins) in the form of downloadable digital files.

• Distributed under GPL v2 or later license
• Annual license including updates and technical support for 1 year

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and are:

• Excluding VAT for business customers with a valid VAT number
• Including VAT for individuals and businesses without VAT registration

The applicable VAT is French VAT at the current rate (currently 20%). For EU business customers with a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT will not be charged (reverse charge mechanism).

Prices may be modified at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order.

4. Ordering

The ordering process includes the following steps:

1. Selection of product(s)
2. Adding to cart
3. Account creation or login
4. Entering billing information
5. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
6. Secure payment
7. Order confirmation by email

The order is final after payment validation. A confirmation email containing download links and the license key is sent automatically.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe
• PayPal

All payments are secured by SSL encryption. We do not store your banking information.

6. Delivery

As the products are digital files, delivery is immediate and dematerialized:

• Download link available immediately after payment
• Download access from the “My Account” customer area
• Confirmation email with download link and license key

Download links remain accessible from your customer account for the entire duration of your license validity.

7. License Agreement

Extensions are distributed under the GPL (GNU General Public License) v2 or later, in accordance with WordPress requirements.

What You Can Do

• Use the extension on one WordPress site (1 license = 1 site)
• Modify the source code for your needs
• Redistribute the extension (under GPL license)

Annual License

Your purchase grants access to the following services:

• Updates for the extension for 1 year
• Priority technical support for 6 months
• Access to new features for 1 year

The license is renewable annually. Without renewal, the extension remains functional but without access to updates or support.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.

9. Money-Back Guarantee

Despite the absence of a legal right of withdrawal, we offer a 14-day commercial money-back guarantee.

Refund Conditions

• Request made within 14 days of purchase
• The product has a defect or does not match its description
• Technical incompatibility unresolved despite support

Non-Refund Cases

• Change of mind without technical reason
• Not reading the documentation before purchase
• Abusive use of the refund policy

10. Technical Support

Purchasing an extension includes technical support for 6 months:

• Duration: 6 months from the date of purchase
• Channel: email only (contact@maximepotier.fr)
• Response time: within 24-48 business hours
• Scope: installation, configuration, extension bugs

Support Exclusions

• Advanced code customization
• Conflicts with third-party themes or extensions
• Issues related to the customer’s hosting
• WordPress usage training

11. Updates

All licenses are annual and include:

• Updates for the extension for 1 year
• Priority technical support for 6 months
• Access to new features for 1 year

Upon license expiration, you retain the right to use the last downloaded version (GPL license), but you will no longer have access to updates. Renewal is optional and will be offered to you before expiration.

Updates can be downloaded from your customer area or via WordPress automatic update (if enabled).

12. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We cannot be held responsible for:

• Indirect damages (data loss, loss of earnings, etc.)
• Non-compliant use of products
• Conflicts with third-party extensions or themes
• Modifications made by the customer to the source code

It is recommended to test extensions in a development environment before production deployment.

13. Intellectual Property

Extensions are distributed under the GPL license, which grants you extensive rights to use, modify, and redistribute.

However, the following elements remain the exclusive property of Maxime Potier:

• Trademarks and logos
• Documentation and tutorials
• Associated services (support, updates)

14. Personal Data

Personal data collected during ordering is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of dispute, you may use the mediation service free of charge:
