— Renewal available anytime from your account

× No refunds after purchase (digital products)

1. Purpose

This agreement defines the terms of use for WordPress extensions and PrestaShop modules (hereinafter "the Product") sold by Maxime Potier on maximepotier.fr. Purchasing a Product constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. What your license allows

Purchasing a license entitles you to:

— Install and use the Product on one (1) website
— Use the Product for personal or commercial purposes, without use restrictions
— Receive updates for 12 months from the date of purchase
— Access technical support for 12 months from the date of purchase

3. What your license prohibits

The license does not permit you to:

× Install the Product on more than one site without purchasing an additional license
× Redistribute, resell, or share the Product or your license key
× Transfer the license to a third party without prior written consent from Maxime Potier
× Decompile, modify, or create derivative works for redistribution purposes

4. Term and renewal

The license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period:

— The Product continues to function on your site without interruption
— Automatic updates and technical support are no longer available

You can renew your license at any time from your account to restore access to updates and support.

5. Refund policy

Due to the digital and immediately downloadable nature of the Products, no refund will be granted after purchase. Before purchasing, we encourage you to consult the documentation available on the site or to contact us via the contact page with any questions.

6. Liability

Products are provided "as is." Maxime Potier shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use a Product. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the Product is compatible with their technical environment before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The Product and all its components remain the exclusive property of Maxime Potier. The license of use does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
